Hotel Chocolat is a real-time Unreal Engine project designed as a flexible content pipeline rather than a single-use deliverable. The project files were built to support multiple outputs, including projection mapping installations, high-quality key visuals for social media, and rendered cinematic content.
I served as Lead Artist as part of the Territory Studio team, responsible for defining the visual direction, organising the production workflow, and leading the art team. Alongside this, I worked hands-on across look development, animation, lighting, and final rendering to maintain visual consistency and quality.
All scenes were authored for real-time rendering using Lumen, enabling lighting-accurate previews and fast iteration while allowing the same setups to be reused seamlessly across real-time playback, offline renders, and cinematic exports.
